AFFILIATE PROGRAM
Terms built for a fair referral program.
Effective August 8, 2026
1. Eligibility and enrollment
You must provide accurate account and payout information and keep it current. We may accept, reject, suspend, or close an affiliate account when necessary to protect customers, the program, or the business.
2. Referral attribution
A valid referral is attributed through your unique link for up to 90 days. Existing customers, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, and referrals already attributed to another affiliate do not qualify. The first valid completed attribution recorded by our system controls.
3. Commission
Eligible affiliates earn 15% of subscription revenue actually collected from an attributed customer, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, credits, disputes, and chargebacks. Recurring commissions continue while the referred subscription remains paid and active and the program remains in effect.
4. Review period and payouts
Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming payable. Approved balances of at least $25 USD are paid monthly to the PayPal email saved in your account. Smaller balances carry forward. Payment timing may vary because of weekends, payment-provider delays, account reviews, or missing payout details.
5. Promotion rules
Do not use misleading claims, spam, cookie stuffing, paid ads that impersonate Manhwa Recap Builder, trademark bidding, false discounts, or content that violates applicable law or platform rules. Clearly disclose that you may receive a commission.
6. Reversals and corrections
We may reverse or adjust pending or future commissions when a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, duplicated, fraudulent, or incorrectly attributed. We maintain an auditable transaction ledger and do not pay the same Stripe invoice twice.
7. Program changes
We may update the program, commission rate, eligibility rules, or these terms with reasonable notice. Earned and approved commissions remain payable subject to these terms. Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or exclusivity relationship.
8. Earnings disclaimer
Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your audience, promotion, conversions, retention, and other factors outside our control.
These terms are an operational draft for the Manhwa Recap Builder affiliate launch and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before the program is promoted at scale.
